Preview Privacy Information — Draft

OMBRA Network is a working name for the next ONYX Streaming concept. This notice is an initial preview disclosure and requires professional privacy review before a commercial launch.

What is collected

When a connected Cloudflare D1 registration database is configured, the preview form submits the name, email, optional launch-updates selection and associated timestamps to the existing registration system. The email value is unique, so repeat entries update the existing member record rather than creating a duplicate. This form is not a secure login.

Optional emails

Marketing or launch messages are intended only for people who affirmatively opt in. The existing registration backend preserves prior opt-in if you later leave the box unchecked; to withdraw consent or request removal, contact us directly. We are reviewing the opt-out design before broad launch.

Simulated experiences

Selections and changes made in the Fan, Creator, Provider and Founder demonstration are saved locally in this browser for illustration, not connected to your Cloudflare registration record. Do not enter confidential files or sensitive project information.

Contact and requests

For privacy questions, corrections, deletion and consent withdrawal, email lucre8zzz@gmail.com. Preview accounts have no payment, authentication, automated opt-out or connected device features yet.

Working draft — not attorney-approved.
